At Maison Luxe Hair, we take pride in delivering premium-quality hair extensions with care and efficiency.

Processing & Delivery Times

All orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days from the date of purchase.

Once your order has been processed, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please note:

  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
  • During sales, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may extend to 7-14 business days.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS depending on your location and delivery requirements.

All orders require a signature upon delivery. No exceptions.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages once they have been marked as delivered and signed for by the carrier.

Shipping Address Verification

For your protection, Maison Luxe Hair only ships to verified billing addresses.

If the shipping address does not match the billing information associated with your payment method, your order may be delayed, canceled, or require additional verification before shipment.

Domestic Shipping

Orders shipped within the United States typically arrive within 5-7 business days from the date of purchase.

Shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

International orders generally arrive within 6-10 business days after processing.

Please note:

  • International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
  • These fees are not included in your purchase price or shipping cost.
  • Maison Luxe Hair is not responsible for customs-related charges or delays.

Important Delivery Information

Please inspect your package before signing for delivery.

Maison Luxe Hair may ship orders using:

  • Flat Rate Envelopes
  • Shipping Paks
  • Medium or Large Shipping Boxes

When to Refuse a Package

Please refuse delivery if:

Flat Rate Envelope

  • The envelope appears unusually flat or tampered with.

Shipping Pak

  • The package appears deflated, damaged, or empty.

Shipping Box

  • The package appears damaged, opened, or suspiciously light.
  • Gently shake the package before signing. If it feels hollow or appears to be missing contents, refuse delivery.

Refusing a compromised package helps protect both you and Maison Luxe Hair in the event of carrier damage or loss.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Maison Luxe Hair is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Carrier delays
  • Incorrect addresses provided by customers
  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

Because all orders require a signature upon delivery, customers assume responsibility for the package once delivery has been completed.

If a package is returned to Maison Luxe Hair due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to reship the order.
