Return & Exchange Policy

At Maison Luxe Hair, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and hygiene. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are subject to the following policy.

All Sales Are Final

All sales are final.

Maison Luxe Hair does not offer refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks for products that have already been processed or shipped.

Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges may be approved at management's discretion under the following conditions:

• Maison Luxe Hair must be contacted within 3 business days of delivery.
• Hair must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
• Hair must remain in its original packaging with all tags, labels, security ties, and seals intact.
• Any hair that has been installed, colored, cut, chemically processed, brushed, combed, or otherwise altered is not eligible for exchange.

Approved exchanges are limited to the original purchase value and are subject to the following:

• A $20 restocking fee
• Customer responsibility for all return shipping costs
• Exchange requests must receive prior authorization from management

Maison Luxe Hair reserves the right to deny any exchange request that does not meet these requirements.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to Maison Luxe Hair due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, refusal of delivery for reasons unrelated to damage, or failed delivery attempts, no refund will be issued.

The customer will be contacted regarding reshipment and will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Installed hair extensions
• Colored or chemically altered hair
• Washed or wet hair
• Custom orders
• Sale or promotional items
• Any product not in its original condition and packaging
